We thought getting air conditioning should be easier.
Getting air conditioning installed used to take multiple quotes, surveys and weeks of waiting. We built Brisk around a simpler idea: make the process clear from the start and do the job properly at the end. That means giving you useful advice, a clear price and an installation we're happy to put our name behind.
Our Promise
Four commitments, and what each one costs us.
Any installer can claim to be fast and fair. These are the four things we'll be judged on, with the trade-off attached to each so you can tell we mean them.
Often installed the same week
We deliberately keep install slots open each week instead of booking six weeks out. It costs us utilisation; it's the whole reason people choose us in July.
The price holds at survey
If the survey finds something we should have spotted when we quoted, that's our cost. The only thing that changes your price is you changing the job.
No commission on upsell
Our engineers are paid for installing well, not for selling you a fourth indoor unit you don't need on the day.
How We Work
Fewer areas, known properly.
We cover 18 areas across London and the South East. In each one we know whether the outdoor unit goes in a rear garden, on brackets above a back addition, or on a balcony with a written management policy — and that local knowledge is exactly what lets us price honestly over the phone.
